Love Where I Live Week

From Wednesday the 1st of July - Friday the 10th of July we will be running the Love Where I Live Week! This will be a week-long, service-based, youth-led summer programme based in Pollok/Nitshill/Priesthill. Partnering with churches and community organisations we will identify members of the community who need practical work done in their house or garden as well as identifying shared public spaces that are unclean. We will then carry out practical work such as painting, gardening and cleaning public spaces in order to make the local area a better place to live, inspiring a sense of pride in the area and building intergenerational relationships in the community.
